These terms cover the Minara Creative LLC website, inquiries, bookings, and SMS program. Minara is a Connecticut marketing business. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you disagree, please stop using it.

Website use and inquiries

Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not misuse the website, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or submit sensitive information through the inquiry form. We may restrict access to address misuse or security concerns.

Submitting an inquiry or booking a call does not create a paid engagement or require a purchase. To change a booking, use the booking controls or email [email protected].

Paid services and results

Paid marketing and sales services are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, payment, ownership, cancellation, and refunds. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms. These terms do not create a subscription or automatic renewal.

Results depend on factors including your offer, audience, budget, competition, and platform rules. We do not guarantee leads, sales, rankings, or revenue unless expressly agreed in writing.

Content and third party services

Minara or its licensors own the website content. Do not reproduce or sell protected content without permission, except as allowed by law. You retain rights to materials you submit and allow us to use them to respond to your request or perform agreed work. Submission does not give us permission to publish your testimonial or use your logo as an endorsement.

Features provided by GoHighLevel, Google, or other providers may be subject to their terms and privacy notices. We do not control their availability or independent websites.

Minara SMS program

You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the phone number you provide. Enrollment requires affirmative consent. Marketing and non-marketing choices are separate and optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase or submitting an inquiry.

Depending on your selections, messages may include inquiry responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, or promotions about Minara services and offers. Messages may be automated. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We honor other clear requests to stop and may send one confirmation. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected]. Let us know if you stop using your enrolled number.

Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and SMS consent.

Availability and responsibility

The website is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free information. To the extent permitted by law, Minara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from website use. This does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Paid service obligations remain governed by your separate agreement.

Governing law and updates

Connecticut law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. We may update these terms and will post the revised date. Changes do not alter an existing client agreement or expand your SMS consent without the required agreement or permission.
