Technical capability deserves a clear business story.
Before founding Minara Creative, Ronda spent over eight years working in Oracle database administration, including work as a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting.
That experience brought her close to the decisions technology buyers make. The systems are important. So are the people responsible for keeping them reliable, managing change, and explaining the cost of a decision.
She also noticed a recurring struggle. Technology companies could deliver valuable work, yet have difficulty explaining that value to the right buyers. Generic marketing did little to account for longer buying cycles, several decision-makers, or the sensitivity of discussing a client’s technology.
Minara was built to address that gap. Ronda adapted marketing systems around how technology businesses actually sell, with focused targeting, clear messaging, careful use of proof, and consistent follow-up.
Today, Minara brings that perspective to technology and tech adjacent companies that need a stronger market presence and practical support executing their marketing.
